You’re staying at The Venetian and want to make the most of your experience by visiting the pool at the hotel’s sister property next door, The Palazzo. However, as a guest of The Venetian, can you use The Palazzo pool?

Yes, guests staying at The Venetian can also use the pool at Palazzo. The two amenities are interconnected so that you can go directly from the Venetian hotel to the Palazzo pool. In addition, you can walk to the pool or take the elevator – the choice is yours.

Is the Palazzo pool worth the trip? I’ll explore how long it takes to get to the Palazzo pool from the Venetian and what to expect when you get there. I’ll also discuss the differences between the Venetian and Palazzo pool areas, which is better, and when the pools are open.

Are the Palazzo Pool and the Venetian Connected?

The Palazzo pool and the Venetian pool are two distinct but connected amenities. They are a part of the two Las Vegas hotels and are joined by a walkway and a set of stairs.

The Palazzo pool deck is on the third floor and overlooks the Las Vegas Strip. Similarly, the elegant Venetian pool deck is based on the fourth floor of the Venetian hotel.

How Long Does It Take To Walk From the Venetian to Palazzo?

If you’re staying at The Venetian, you can easily walk to The Palazzo to experience all it offers.

Assuming you’re walking at a leisurely pace, it would take approximately 6 minutes to walk from the Venetian to Palazzo via the Strip.

You can also walk between these two hotels without ever going outside. The Grand Canal Shoppes connects these two hotels, and a walk between them from inside will take you past the picturesque canals and gondolas within the shopping area.

To walk from The Venetian Pool to The Palazzo pool deck will take even less time (about 3 minutes).

There’s no doubt that the Venetian is one of the most beautiful and romantic resorts in Las Vegas, and The Venezia Pool at The Venetian is luxurious and relaxing. However, to make the most of your time at the Venetian, you’ll no doubt also want to check out the pool at the Palazzo.

When you visit the Palazzo pool deck, you can expect a lavish and relaxing environment.

The pool area is surrounded by beautiful palm trees and features a lounge pool with just a foot of water for the ultimate soak. There are also plenty of chairs and cabanas for you to relax in. In addition, the pool bar offers a variety of refreshing beverages.

In addition, the Palazzo pool is known for being a popular spot in Vegas, so don’t be surprised if you see a few celebs or wealthy guests lounging around.

The Palazzo pool gets a lot of sun from about midday on. Check out my complete guide to discover when sun exposure hits the highest level at the Palazzo pools. You’ll also learn whether the Palazzo pools are heated.

Are There Any Differences Between the Venetian and Palazzo Pools?

There are slight differences between the Venetian and Palazzo since both are luxurious. In addition, both spots are great choices for a Las Vegas vacation.

Let’s dig into each one of them:

The Venetian

The Venetian pool deck is a beautiful and luxurious pool that is perfect for a relaxing day. It’s a bit more upscale than the Palazzo pool and has more to offer in terms of amenities and services.

The pool deck has many features that make it unique and special. There are:

  • Plenty of lounge chairs and cabanas
  • A hot tub
  • Poolside cafe and bar
  • Palm trees and other lush greenery
  • A refined, luxurious atmosphere

Note: Unlike the Palazzo pool, the Venetian pool is only open to Venetian hotel guests.

The Palazzo

The Palazzo pool also has a beautiful view, which makes it worth a visit. The pool is truly a sight to behold, with its stunning architecture and lush surroundings.

Besides its aesthetic appeal, the Palazzo pool also offers several amenities that make it the perfect place to relax and unwind. These include:

  • Cabanas
  • Spas
  • Day beds
  • Retail shop
  • A full-service bar and restaurant
  • A hot tub
  • A tropical paradise atmosphere

The Palazzo pool area is a bit more relaxed while still offering plenty of upscale amenities.

Are the Palazzo and Venetian Pools Open All Year Round?

The Palazzo and Venetian pool decks have at least one pool open all year round. While pool hours depend on seasons, both pool decks are mostly open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

If you want to stay in either hotel, check available rooms and make a reservation.

Which Is Better? The Palazzo or The Venetian Pool?

The Palazzo and The Venetian pools are both luxurious and spectacular pools. The pools at The Venetian, however, are probably the better choice pools overall. The Venetian pool deck is slightly more luxurious and gets more hours of sun throughout the day.

Having said that, if you’re staying at the Venetian for more than a couple of days, you should spend some time over at the Palazzo pool deck and experience it for yourself.
