What Makes a Great Las Vegas Buffet?
A great Las Vegas breakfast buffet needs to have the same things that make any breakfast buffet worth visiting—a lot of variety, good service, and top-quality food. But since Las Vegas has so many breakfast buffets, the ones that stand out have to have a little something extra.
What that something is will depend on your personal taste, which is why there is almost as much variety in my list as there is on the buffet at any of these great spots. No matter what makes a buffet great to you—atmosphere, unique offerings, hours, or price, you’re sure to find one that fits you to a tee on my list of the 15 best breakfast buffets in Las Vegas.
Some of the buffets on the list got here because they offer the most exotic and high-quality food options. Others are here for their ambiance and the crowds they attract. Still, others made it because of their iconic status in the town, their short wait times, or their value-pricing.
Whether you prefer to start off your day with healthy food or make indulgence the rule for every meal of the day while you’re in Las Vegas, there are great options. Many of the spots on this list have good options for kids if you’re in town with the family. Some cater to early risers. Some stay open long enough to make sure you get a great breakfast even after a late night.
15 Great Las Vegas Breakfast Buffets
The top three spots on the list have been competing with one another for top billing for years. Each of them is absolutely fantastic and well worth a visit but take my advice—don’t stop there. There are plenty of other great breakfast buffets to try out when you’re in Las Vegas.
#1 – The Buffet at Wynn
Open for brunch every day from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., this is one of Las Vegas’ pricier breakfast buffets. Even so, it’s one of the most popular, and the wait frequently exceeds an hour.
This buffet has the variety and quality that you would expect from the #1 spot on the list. It also has a great atmosphere with plenty of space between tables. If you start your day here, you’re sure to have a Vegas dining experience that you won’t soon forget.
One of the things that really sets the Wynn apart is the service. This buffet takes pride in making sure that your drinks get refilled before they’re empty and that you never return from a trip to the buffet line to find a dirty plate still sitting on your table.
There’s a lot of great fare at the Buffet at Wynn. You’ll get standards like eggs, chorizo potatoes, a wide array of pancakes and topping options, as well as other must-have options. But the Wynn goes the extra mile to separate themselves from the everyday buffet. (website)
#2 – The Buffet at Bellagio
The Wynn gets the nod on our list for its slight edge on atmosphere, but most folks will admit that the Bellagio has an advantage when it comes to the variety and the quality of the food.
On Weekdays the Bellagio’s breakfast buffet runs from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., and it will set you back $25.99. On Weekends brunch runs from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and costs $35.99. Its location in the heart of the strip means the lines are always long – but the food is worth the wait. Seating can be a little bit cramped unless you prefer to wait for a booth, which can increase your wait time.
The Bellagio buffet is also very competitive with the Wynn on service. It’s rare that you’ll finish a glass or cup before a refill arrives, and your plates will be removed promptly.
If you start fasting now, you might have enough room to be able to try the best of the best on this eclectic buffet. You’ll be overwhelmed by the sheer number of choices. It might be on the expensive end of the spectrum for buffets, and you’ll probably have to wait a little bit longer—but their friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere will more than make up for it. (website)
#3 – The Feast Buffet at Green Valley Ranch
The Feast Buffet at Green Valley Ranch makes the top three for the amazing value that it offers and for it’s “hidden gem” status. Located approximately 20 minutes from the Strip, you’ll have to do a little bit of work to get there, but if you do—you won’t be disappointed.
The food is every bit as tasty as what you’ll find at the Wynn or Bellagio, with options that tend to stay closer to standard American breakfast fare. On weekdays the breakfast buffet runs from 8 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. and costs just $12.99. Sunday brunch runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and features bottomless champagne for just $22.99.
The waits can be pretty long on the weekends – an hour and a half isn’t uncommon. But most weekdays you can walk in with no wait at all.
It probably goes without saying, but there’s definitely a reason they call it the “Feast” buffet. (website)

#4 – The Grand Lux Cafe
Located at the Palazzo, the Grand Lux Cafe is a weekend brunch buffet and is definitely worth a visit. It’s more moderately priced than the Wynn or the Bellagio and offers a lot of variety and quality for the price. I recommend the Fried Chicken and Waffles – unless you’re more of a Fresh Garden Omelette type. Either way, you should try one of their tasty morning cocktails.
The service at the Grand Lux buffet isn’t up to the same standard as the best buffets on our list, but it’s still pretty good. In general, you’ll have a shorter wait and pay a little bit less. As a trade-off, you’ll get less variety but still get plenty to eat and lots of tasty food.
Weekdays you can get the breakfast buffet between 6 a.m. and 11 a.m. On the weekends, you have until noon. (website)
#5 Le Village Buffet at Paris Las Vegas Hotel
It doesn’t get the same attention as the Wynn or the Bellagio, but Le Village Buffet (website) is a fantastic breakfast experience. The offerings reflect the French influence, so obviously crepes are a pretty safe bet, but there is a lot more on offer. You’ll get plenty of breakfast meats, eggs, and of course, pastries and great coffee.
The breakfast brunch runs from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. on weekdays at $21.99 for adults. They also offer a daily champagne brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for just $30.99. On the weekends, the regular breakfast buffet goes up to $23.99.
The atmosphere at Le Village Buffet is pretty great, and the service is top-notch too. The waits can be long at times, but they’re definitely worth it. Once you’re through the line, you’ll be able to choose from outdoor seating or visit one of the provincial cottage rooms if you prefer to eat indoors.
- Customized crepe fillings
- Cut down on wait times with OpenTable reservations
- Special seasonal dishes on holidays
- Wonderfully large selection of desserts including: pastries, pies and sugar-free treats
- Take a tour of French food with dishes from five different regions of France
#6 – The Wicked Spoon at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
One of the hippest spots for breakfast and brunch on the Strip, Wicked Spoon offers “a bustling culinary experience” and delivers top-quality dishes with a mix of familiar staples and unique seasonal fare. (website)
You can add bottomless beverages to any brunch for just $17 (2-hour time limit). For brunch that covers mimosas, champagne, bloody marys, or a domestic draft.
During the week (Monday through Thursday) the brunch buffet runs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and costs $29 for adults ($16 for kids 5-10). On the weekends (Friday through Sunday) you’ve got from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and brunch will set you back $36 for adults ($16 for kids).
Wicked Spoon Buffet dishes include omelets, crepes, gravy and biscuits, French toast, a variety of fresh fruit toppings, eggs benedict, and even a specialty peanut butter & jelly sandwich station.
#7 – Cravings Buffet at the Mirage Hotel & Casino
Located just off the casino floor, the Cravings Buffet can be a great place to take a break and refuel or a great place to fuel up before you dive in. Their breakfast buffet is excellent and the free drinks sweeten the deal.
The Breakfast and Bruch options range from Italian and Latin to Carving and Fishmonger stations and it’s all delicious. The atmosphere isn’t as refined as the Wynn but it’s a pretty nice place and the service is top-notch.
You won’t have to wait long on weekdays and weekends aren’t too bad either. Breakfast runs from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on weekdays with brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. On the weekends brunch runs from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Cravings Buffet lands right in between the inexpensive but less-impressive options and the ones that are top-of-the-line but priced accordingly. Here you’ll find good food at affordable prices aimed right down the center between the two extremes of Las Vegas buffet options. (website)
#8 – The Veranda at the Four Seasons
The Veranda breakfast buffet is only available on Saturday and Sunday between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m., and it’s a little bit pricey, but you won’t want to finish your tour of Las Vegas breakfast buffets without checking this one out.
The atmosphere is great, and the food is delicious. The wait can be a little bit long some days, but it’s definitely worth it. The service will blow you away.
When you’re there, be sure to try the bread pudding. They also have a chef-attended doughnut machine that lets you pick your own glaze, sugars, and toppings and a great peanut butter station with artisan bread, fresh jams, and preserves.
At Veranda, you’ll find modern American cuisine for breakfast and lunch as well as seasonal, handcrafted desserts. You’ll enjoy the abundant natural light that comes through their floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the spacious restaurant. You can also enjoy the poolside outdoor terrace for dining al fresco. (website)
#9 – The Buffet at ARIA Resort & Casino
The Buffet at ARIA is a must, but if you’re looking for a bargain you’ve got to be an early riser. From Monday to Friday the breakfast buffet runs from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and costs $25.99 for adults ($13.50 for kids between 5-12). After 9 a.m. on the weekdays, brunch goes up to $30.99 and $16.50 for kids.
On Saturday and Sunday, you can do the brunch buffet between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. for $35.99 (kids eat for $18.50). Adults can add 2 hours of “all you can drink” for $19.99 per person.
The service is pretty good, and the pastries and desserts can’t be beat.

#10 – The Market Street Cafe at California Hotel & Casino
Most folks flock to the Market Street Cafe for their late-night specialties—oxtail soup and banana fritters. This spot definitely doesn’t compare to the Wynn or Bellagio for atmosphere, and the service can be spotty at times—especially when they’re busy.
At $6.25, their breakfast buffet is one of the best values in Vegas. It’s just basic breakfast fare, but at those prices, it’s hard to complain. The food is delicious, and you might find that you enjoy the change of pace that you get when you duck into this place for a bite.
Come here for American favorites and standards all topped off with the twist of a little island flair. They are open 24/7 and offers a great variety for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to ensure that everyone leaves with their appetite satisfied. (website)
#11 – The Spice Market Buffet at Planet Hollywood
The Spice Market Buffet is open for breakfast daily between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. It also offers a champagne brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. For adults, the breakfast is $19.99, and the champagne brunch is $25.99. For kids ages 4-10, it is $14.99.
You’ll enjoy movie-themed décor while you sip on champagne or a mimosa. All-You-Can-Drink packages are available for $12.99.
The Spice Market Buffet at Planet Hollywood brings together an abundance of traditional and exotic flavorings under one roof. The spread is lavish and delicious.
If you’re too busy to slow down they now even offer a buffet TO GO option. (website)
#12 – The Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace:
The Bacchanal Buffet is one of the pricier buffets on the Strip but well worth the cost of admission. For breakfast, be sure to try:
- Pancakes – Red Velvet
- Truffle deviled eggs
- Lump crab & avocado toast
- Seafood Alaska
- Acai – Breakfast bowl
- Dessert crepes – made to order
- Green applewood wagyu beef – smoked
This buffet serves morning fare from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. every day of the week. Monday through Friday, the price is $39.99. On the weekends, the cost is $54.99. Don’t forget to ask your cashier about unlimited mimosas and all-you-care-to-drink upgrades.

The Brunch Buffet is only available on Saturdays and Sundays between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. At $29.99, you get a great value. You can also add unlimited draft beer or house wine for $13.
The Carnival World Buffet (website) is iconic for its flavorful dishes from around the world. With over 200 selections your tastebuds will be happy.
One recent visitor remarked that:
“This buffet has long been voted by locals as the best in Vegas. Qualitywise, it’s probably as good as ever, and maybe even better. Decor wise, it’s better still, as an overhaul was devoted mostly to improving the dining areas.”
#14 – Paradise Garden Buffet at the Flamingo
The brunch buffet is available daily from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. On weekdays; the price is $24.99. On the weekend, it will only cost you $2 more.
New breakfast selections include Southern and Mexican influenced dishes as well as a made-to-order omelet station and waffles.

So, Which One Is My Favorite?
It’s hard to stand against the tide of popular opinion, and indeed, there is a lot to like about each of the top three buffets on the list of the 15 best breakfast buffets in Las Vegas. Still, there’s something kind of cool about feeling like you’ve found someplace that’s all your own instead of just going where everybody else goes simply because everybody else does.
If I had to choose from one of the top three buffets on our list, I would choose The Feast Buffet at Green Valley Ranch every time.
- There’s something about getting away from the strip that makes you feel like you’re in on a secret that only locals and hipper-than-average tourists know about.
- Plus, there’s the awesome prices and fantastic food.
- Don’t get me wrong, the Wynn and the Bellagio are both nice, and well worth the price but the Feast just fits me better on most mornings that we go out to eat in Las Vegas.
Another buffet that places high on my personal list is the Wicked Spoon at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
- When we’re choosing a breakfast buffet for its atmosphere, this is the one we choose.
- Between the vibe that the place has and the outstanding food that they serve you, it’s always money well-spent.
- In a town full of cool buffets, exotic buffets, and great-value buffets, this one stands out to us for being just about right on all of those measures.
The last one that I just have to mention as we wrap up this list is The Market Street Café (website).
- We usually don’t hit this spot up for the breakfast buffet—we’re usually there in the wee hours for the oxtail soup.
- Even so, this spot is unique amongst all of the locations on our list and deserves special recognition for what it has to offer locals and tourists alike.
- At the end of the day, if I had to choose just one of the buffets on our list to be the only buffet we’d hit for breakfast or brunch for the rest of time – it would probably be this one.
- Don’t ask me to explain, as I said at the beginning, figuring out what that special something is, ends up being all about your personal taste.
Las Vegas Breakfast Buffet Conclusion
In a town full of great buffets, these are the ones that we think stand above the rest. They run the gamut from toney to swanky and range from bargain-pricing to pretty-steep. After trying them all, I’ve definitely found something to like about each and every one of them. Our personal favorites have less to do with the food than they do with the good times we’ve had there.
We’re always looking for new spots to try, and we’re always ready to give someplace a second chance if we hear good things about it. Hopefully, my list will inspire you to give most of these places a try the next time you’re in Las Vegas. I’d love to hear what you think about my choices.
If you know of someplace that isn’t on my list, don’t assume that I snubbed it. Assume we haven’t heard of it and drop us a line with a helpful hint for our next visit. It’s always good to have someplace new to try out. If you’ve got suggestions, we’re all ears. To be honest, all of this talk about great breakfast buffets has made me kind of hungry. There’s no time like the present to hit the strip and find a good spot to tuck in for some tasty grub. Hope to see you around. Bon Appetite!
