Think of it as the entry fee for getting into a club. When you’re inside, you’ll still need to pay for drinks and other entertainment options.
Stratosphere Observation Tower Attractions
The Stratosphere was recently renamed to The Strat Hotel, Casino, and Skypod after Golden Entertainment bought the property in 2017. They began renovations in 2018 and then renamed it in 2020.

Observation Decks (Levels 108 & 109)

- Insanity: If being spun around at 3 Gs at 866’ (264 m) above the ground while hanging out over the tower’s edge sounds like a good time to you, you’ve come to the right place! And if that’s not enough, the ride will tilt you at an angle of 70º so that you’re nearly parallel to the ground below.
- X-Scream: This rollercoaster-like ride will plunge you headfirst over the edge of the Skypod, 866’ (264 m) in the air. Right when you adjust to your temporary weightlessness, you’ll retreat rapidly in anticipation of another kick.
