The Strip is very pedestrian-friendly as long as you are in the main areas containing multiple casinos, hotels, shops, restaurants and attractions.
For years taxis were pretty much the only way to get around Las Vegas without a car.
Grabbing a taxi is still the fastest way to get around.
Uber and Lyft are also available in the Las Vegas Valley. These ridesharing companies, in my opinion, provide one of the best values when traveling around Las Vegas.
The Las Vegas Monorail is also an option for getting up and down the Las Vegas Strip. It only operates on the east side of the Strip, but it will save your feet.
